ZQSCB series transformers are built for urban rail transit. They adopt 30QG120 grain-oriented silicon steel core and flat copper windings with moisture, mold and salt spray resistance. The dual-split structure supports 12/24-pulse rectification with switchable ±7.5° phase shift to cut harmonics. They meet Class VI heavy traction loads and deliver smooth DC output to remove smoothing reactors.
