The SFP+ transceiver provides 10G Base-LR throughput up to 10km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a wavelength of CWDM via an LC connector. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is present to allow access to real-time operating parameters.The transmitter input and receiver output impedance is 100 Ohms differential. Data lines are internally AC coupled. The module provides differential termination and reduce differential to common mode conversion for quality signal termination and low EMI.

SFP+ 10G BIDI 1490/1550nm 80km

The SFP+ BIDI transceiver is compatible with the Small Form Factor Pluggable Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA). The transceiver consists of five sections: the LD driver, the limiting amplifier, the digital diagnostic monitor, the EML laser and the APD photo-detector .The module data link up to 80KM in 9/125um single mode fiber. The optical output can be disabled by a LVTTL logic high-level input of Tx Disable, and the system also can disable the module via I2C. Tx Fault is provided to indicate that degradation of the laser. Loss of signal (LOS) output is provided to indicate the loss of an input optical signal of receiver or the link status with partner. The system can also get the Rx LOS (or Link)/Tx Disable/Tx Fault information via I2C register access.
