ZTT is equipped with full-fledged manufacturing lines for IWOCS umbilical cables, covering electrical signal cables, optical-fiber elements, cable cores assembly, aramid fiber reinforced braiding and sheath extrusion processes.
Custom-engineered functional components can be provided to withstand harsh subsea service conditions.

ZTT has over 10-year manufacturing experience in umbilical cables integrated with thermoplastic hoses.
We deliver complete IWOCS system solutions, covering winches, umbilicals, terminations, sheaves and HPU units.
Capitalizing on the Group’s diversified product portfolio, we provide custom-engineered umbilical cables featuring high durability for multi-scenario and multi-functional offshore applications.

To date, we have delivered IWOCS systems for subsea production operations covering water depths of 1500 m, 700 m, 200 m and 100 m.
These systems have been successfully deployed for subsea Christmas‑tree commissioning testing, well workover, subsea intervention, and internal fluid replacement within umbilical hose assemblies.
