H2 DISPENSER

1. SAE J2601 filling protocol met and TUV certification obtained

2. Flow automatic control adjustment function to ensure the maximum gas flow and the safety of vehicle cylinder temperature rise

3. Air pressure limiting protection, safe pressure relief, emergency cut-off

4. Communication interface to monitor the state of hydrogenator remotely and realize network management

5. Hydrogenation process has smart self-check function, vehicle tank volume measurement error less than 10%, process leakage safety alarm

6. During hydrogenation process, hydrogenation rate, display gas filling, filling amount and unit are automatically adjusted.

7. Super storage, dispenser can store and query the latest 3,000 hydrogen fueling data. If equipped with the computer management system of the upper computer, the hydrogen fueling data for the past three years can be queried.

8.It is listed on the first set of major equipment list of the National Energy Administration (2021) , and in the Recommended catalogue of scientific and technological innovation achievements of central enterprises (2022) published by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

Integrated Hydrogenation Station

1.The first skid-mounted fully integrated hydrogen refueling station in China, an explosion-proof skid-mounted hydrogenation device for the whole machine, and an integrated skid-mounted explosion-proof cold water system.

2.Comply with SAE J2601 filling protocol, outlet temperature -33~-40℃.

3.AI intelligent monitoring system, standardized operation, and infrared data communication ensure the safety of the pressure and temperature of the on-board hydrogen bottle.

4.Compared with the traditional hydrogenation station, it has the advantages of strong mobility, shortened station construction period and reduced station area.
