Recently, ZTT has become aware that certain enterprises in Vietnam have used names and expressions such as “ZHONGTIAN,” “ZHONG TIAN,” “ZHONGTIAN TECHNOLOGY,” or other names and representations that are identical or similar to those associated with ZTT in their corporate names or business activities. Such use may cause customers, business partners, and members of the public to mistakenly believe that these enterprises have a relationship or affiliation with ZTT.

ZTT hereby solemnly declares as follows:

The aforementioned enterprises are not enterprises established or invested in by ZTT Group Corporation, Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology Co., Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. They have no equity, investment, control, authorization, agency, or other affiliation with ZTT, and are not authorized to represent ZTT or conduct any business in the name of ZTT or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

For inquiries, discussions, or verification regarding ZTT, its products, projects, business opportunities, or other business matters, please contact ZTT or the official representatives of the relevant ZTT business units directly.

ZTT reminds all customers and business partners to verify the identity of the relevant contracting party and its authorization status before entering into any business dealings.

With respect to any unauthorized activities conducted in the name of ZTT or its affiliated enterprises, or any unauthorized use of ZTT’s name, trademarks, brand identifiers, corporate information, project references, or other materials in a manner that may cause public confusion or misrepresentation, ZTT reserves the right to pursue all applicable legal remedies and hold the relevant parties legally liable in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
