On November 7, ZTT Group formally inaugurated its first Women’s Federation during the Group’s inaugural Women’s Representative Conference, held at the company’s Hekou headquarters. Representatives from the Rudong County Women’s Federation, local government officials, and female representatives from ZTT’s various business units attended the ceremony.

During the conference, delegates elected the first Executive Committee of the ZTT Women’s Federation, including its chair and vice chairs, in accordance with organizational procedures. Following the election, representatives jointly unveiled the Federation’s plaque, marking the official launch of this new platform dedicated to supporting women across the Group.

Chairman Xue Jiping congratulated the newly established Federation and recognized the vital contributions of female employees to ZTT’s mission of “Connecting Wonderful Lives with Optic-Electric Networks” He emphasized that the dedication, professionalism, and resilience of ZTT’s women workforce are an indispensable part of the company’s continued progress.
