From February 7 to 9, the 2022 spring staff conference and project kick-off meeting of ZTT Group was held in Nantong headquarters. Chairman Xue Jiping, President Xue Chi  and more than 600 staff employee representatives from ZTT industrial groups, product companies, factories, functional departments, business departments attended this meeting.

Focusing on the new year's  strategic theme of "sustainable development" proposed by the group, each industrial group reports the annual objectives and action plans, summarizes the work of last year, which lays a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the work in the new year.

The conference awarded the advanced teams and individuals in 2021. Some versatile ZTT employees in the awards performed entertainment shows during the awards. The signing ceremony of 2022 business objectives of group companies and industrial groups was also held at the meeting. 

The Chairman of ZTT, Xue Jiping delivered a speech. He fully affirmed and congratulated all ZTT employees for their achievements in their respective field. He also said that 2022 will be an uncertain and more complex year, but we are ready for the battle of the new year. Xue Jiping hopes that inspired by the spirit of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, ZTT employees will encourage each other and move forward together to bring the group to a new level.
