The±400kV flexible submarine DC cable independently developed by ZTT is the first in China to pass the type test and new product technical appraisal, successfully creating a new pattern of long-length DC submarine cable transmission.

Submarine±400kV XLPE insulated DC cable is currently the leading products in the application of flexible DC submarine cables worldwide. Compared with high-voltage submarine AC cables, submarine DC cables have the advantages of low line cost, low loss, long transmission distance, and high system stability and so forth. 

China Three Gorges Renewables - Rudong stated that ZTT has participated in the construction of all flexible DC submarine cable projects in China, and it is the leader in the development and manufacturing of UHV XLPE insulated DC submarine cables in China. The ±400kV flexible DC submarine cable produced by ZTT, is reassuring!
