ZTT Won Bid for Two Offshore Wind Power Projects

Recently, ZTT announced that ZTT Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd., one of ZTT subsidiaries, won the bid for two offshore wind power projects with a total amount of 7.062 billion Yuan  [approx.861.56 Mil Euro], accelerating the growth of ZTT' offshore wind power service.

It is understood that ZTT Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd. is considered one of the pillar industries of ZTT's development strategy of "Equal Emphasis on Offshore and Onshore Services and Photoelectric Integration", the company independently owned the 600 tons-self elevating wind power installation platform, 1600 tons-floating crane pile driving barge and other professional ship machinery equipment with the configuration up to advanced level of the industry, and the offshore wind power equipment of ZTT Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd. was put into operation in January 2019, realizing the leap from operation commissioning to subcontracting and then EPC within one year. 

Nowadays, ZTT Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd. has undertaken and involved in the construction of 8 offshore wind power projects including 300MW-offshore wind power in Sheyang, Huaneng, 300MW-offshore wind power of Jiangsu Transportation Controlled Rudong Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd., and 300MW offshore wind power of Huaneng in Dafeng, Jiangsu, rapidly emerging as a fresh member in the offshore wind power construction industry.

In 2019, the total bidding capacity of domestic offshore wind power project hit 10.7 GW, and the bidding amount was up to 14.8 billion Yuan approximately. ZTT won the bid for the 3.08 GW offshore wind power project with a total amount of 6.5 billion Yuan in 2019, accounting for 44%, ZTT ranked the first place in domestic market share. By benefiting from the accelerated promotion of offshore wind power projects across China, the performance of ZTT in offshore wind power service will grow rapidly.
