On November 18th, the Shanwei Marine Engineering Base [Lufeng]; the project of Nanhai Submarine Cable Co., Ltd., which was invested and built by ZTT, was officially hold the groundbreaking ceremony.

Shanwei is a big marine city and and is confronted a new and further opportunity of development, under the strategic plan of building “One Core, One Belt and One District” pattern in Guangdong Province. ZTT invested the construction of marine engineering base in Shanwei, which is an important part of the ecological chain of Shanwei offshore wind power construction. After completion, it will help to drive the surrounding economy, form an offshore wind power industry cluster, and serve the construction and operation of offshore wind power projects in the eastern Guangdong sea area.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Xue Chi, President of ZTT Group, expressed warm welcome to the leaders and guests present at the ceremony and expressed sincere gratitude to the local government for their support. He said that for more than 20 years, ZTT has been deeply focused on the fields of telecom, power grid, new energy and ocean, and has achieved some achievements, which are inseparable from China's development guidance; the strong support of the local government; and the continuous growth of the securities capital market and customers.

ZTT Marine has grown rapidly, and its technology and marketing share are in the leading position in China. The re-layout of ZTT Group "Ocean Engineering (Lufeng) Base" in Shanwei, Guangdong, is expected to use Shanwei as the core, radiate Southeast Asia, and go global. Centered on China’s “The Belt and Road” and “Maritime Silk Road” initiatives, we are striving to make Shanwei ZTT Industrial Park a billion-dollar industrial base, and extend the service to the Bay Area of Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macao, and make due contributions to the improvement of China's comprehensive marine strength.
