ZTT started promotion and project follow up in early 2015 and won the turnkey contract with comprehensive advantages in technical compliance, commercial competitiveness and lead time.  The contract was signed with BPDB in September 2017. ZTT finished production of 30 km cables in 2 continuous length without any joint. The cable sizing is 3 x 500 sq.mm with 24 cores of fiber optic.  It is a challenging job due to lack of local resources, deep burial depth up to 6 meters and long landing distance.

We are happy to work with SBSS as our installation partner, overcome all the obstacles and achieve successful installation in early February 2018. We are proud to provide a reliable power supply to the people in Sandwip Island, Bangladesh and contribute to China’s “The Belt and Road” initiative.
