Sichuan, February 23 2017, ZTT Group - leading global manufacturer of cable systems, passed the acceptance of expert team from Sichuan Key Technology and Innovation Program lately with the project “Industrialization of Research on AACSR with Large Section and High Strength Based on EHV Smart Grid” declaring by ZTT (Sichuan).

The AACSR with large section and high strength owns a fine performance, low resistivity, high tensile strength and good uniformity. It can support the suspended power transmission with high capacity, high voltage and long span. The experts pointed that the settlement and commercial operation of the project would not only enhance the production capacity of such conductor in Southwest China and powerfully support the power infrastructure construction in the remote area of West China, but provide power transmission line corridor sources for the West China and improve the power recovery efficiency when big accidents happen in remote places.

At present, the main part of the project has been put into production, and achieves a good overall economic efficiency. The sales revenue and profits of this project is expected to be improved significantly after fully operated.
