China, February 15 2017, ZTT Group - leading global manufacturer of cable systems, has successfully won 3 biddings from State Grid in “2016 Changji - Guquan ±1100kV EHV DC Transmission Line Project”, “2017 the first centralized bid for transmission lines materials ” and “2017 the first substation equipment bid (including power cable) of transmission and transformation project” which total bidding amount achieves 748 million CNY, with conductors, energy saving conductors, aluminum-clad steel wires, ADSS all top ranking in the highest bidding shares.
“2016 Changji - Guquan ±1100kV EHV DC Transmission Line Project” is the world's first 1100kV EHV DC transmission line with the highest voltage, the largest capacity, the longest distance and the most advanced technology. Owning advantages in “Integration of transmission and distribution”, ZTT would supply conductors, special conductors, power cables, ADSS, fittings, insulators, etc. for the project of State Grid, displaying the abilities in providing complete products solutions for the major projects of State Grid which further strengthens ZTT leading positions in EHV projects and smart grid fields.
