Historical project award for ZTT in Germany

Bayreuth, Nantong, Transmission System Operator TenneT has awarded the 155kV HVAC- grid connection of the Offshore Windfarm EnBW Hohe See to the HVDC grid connection to ZTT.

As the general contractor for TenneT, ZTT will supply and construct the 155kV HVAC- grid connection. The scope of work also includes the supply of shunt reactors, GIS terminal and land conversion joints. ZTT will deliver the grid connection as a turn-key solution.

ZTT has chosen market leading partners to complete this project, working with Van Oord Offshore Wind Projects Bv as installer of the cables and Siemens as provider of the shunt reactors.
