Suitable for transmission and distribution systems with rated voltage up to 500kV.
HV welded corrugated aluminum sheathed cable provides robust resistance against moisture, corrosion, and mechanical stress. Its durable yet flexible sheath design also facilitates bending and routing in constrained or demanding environments, making it ideal for direct burial, duct laying, and other high-voltage applications requiring enhanced durability.
Cables are offered accords with different standards, IEC60840, IEC 62067, AS/NZS, BS 7912, HD 632.
Conductor: Copper/aluminum wire, stranded circular or segmental compacted
Conductor screen: Extruded semiconducting layer
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)
Insulation screen: Extruded semiconducting layer
Armor: Corrugated aluminum sheath
Outer sheath: HPDE or PVC
Semi-conductive layer: Coated with graphite or extruded semiconducting layer
Benefits: Good corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant
Max. continuous temperature in operation: 90℃
Min. bending radius: 15 × OD
ZTT HV and EHV underground power cables have excellent electrical properties, intended for use in long-distance power transmission. Costumed with special features on request like flame-retardant, water blocking, anti-termite, etc.
The corrugated aluminum sheath is allowed having closer contact with buffer layer, whose thermal resistance has been greatly reduced. Carry more fault short-circuit current, and bear excellent conductivity, thus more reliable to our clients.
