The outer surface of fiber spool shall be free of cracks, scratches, dust and burrs. No abnormal protrusions inside central holes.

Buffer Sponge

Sponge surface shall be flat without damage, dents or longitudinal cracks. Uniform winding; smooth joints between foam sections and foamflange/barrel interfaces, free of steps and gaps.

 High Temperature Performance

After 16 h continuous exposure at 50 ℃, then 1 h conditioning at room temperature, deformation shall meet: Bore diameter ≤0.1 mm; Texturegroove spacing ≤0.2 mm; Effective width ≤0.3 mm; Overall deformation ≤0.15 mm.

 Low Temperature Performance

After 8 h continuous exposure at 20 ℃, then 1 h conditioning at room temperature, deformation shall meet: Bore diameter ≤0.1 mm; Texturegroove spacing ≤0.2 mm; Effective width ≤0.3 mm; Overall deformation ≤0.15 mm.

High/Low Temperature Performance

6 h at 50 ℃ followed by 6 h at 20 ℃, then 1 h conditioning at room temperature, deformation shall meet: Bore diameter ≤0.1 mm; Texturegroove spacing ≤0.2 mm; Effective width ≤0.3 mm; Overall deformation ≤0.15 mm.

 Drop Impact Strength

The spool shall be dropped freely from 1.8 m height with its axis parallel to ground. Both flanges hit ground simultaneously. No cracking, breakage, flange deformation or fracture shall occur.
