Pin Insulator

A pin composite insulator consists of a steel cap, a steel pin, a core rod, and a silicone rubber shed housing. Widely used in urban and rural overhead distribution lines, it effectively enhances line insulation levels and operational safety.

It has greathydrophobicity and migration, which can help improve the anti-pollution flashover capability and operate safely in heavily polluted areas.
It has very high bending and torsion resistance, thuswithstanding relatively large external forces without damage.
It is light in weight, convenient to install, and easy for transportation and installation.
