Wear and Corrosion Resistant Fittings

We have developed a nano-modified anti-corrosion surface treatment technology. By integrating alloy deposition and composite deposition, and optimizing the heat treatment of fitting substrates, the product’s corrosion resistance is greatly enhanced.

Technical Features and Advantages:

Strong coating adhesion: A new co-deposition model based on interfacial forces between nascent metal and particles improves coating-substrate bonding strength.
High substrate corrosion resistance: This new heat treatment process, designed based on phase transformation, optimizes microstructure and grains for better corrosion resistance.
Excellent coating corrosion resistance: A new multi-component complexing system, developed via quantitative analysis of alloy deposition complexing agents, creates varied complex effects on Zn²⁺ and Ni²⁺. It raises zinc content in coatings and improves bath stability and coating uniformity.
Energy saving & emission reduction: The surface treatment is conducted at room temperature, avoiding zinc melting required in hot-dip galvanizing, delivering significant carbon reduction benefits.

This technology has been applied in multiple projects including Zhoushan 35kV Changpan Line 3209 (2022), Wenzhou Cangnan 110kV Yucang Relocation Project (2023), and Maoming 110kV Maopan Line (2024). No obvious corrosion or wear defects have been observed since commissioning.
